1. Find the general program category you want from the Main Menu
2. Scroll down the list of programs to find the one you are interested
3. Click the Adobe Acrobat icon. This will open the registration form in Adobe Acrobat.
4. Print the form if you wish to register.
5. Complete it and mail it with your payment to:

   or you may wish to deliver it with your payment at the Recreation Office in the town hall. The address
   for the town hall is:
